Job Summary
PRN Behavioral Health Associate I serves as part of the multidisciplinary treatment team, monitoring and reporting client behaviors, providing continuous client care, supervision, and crisis response. Responsibilities include conducting safety checks, client observations, promoting participation in group therapy, facilitating educational-rehabilitative groups, taking and recording vital signs, charting accurately, applying de-escalation techniques, assisting with incident reports, coordinating transfer/transport as needed, orienting clients to programs, and maintaining a safe, structured environment onsite at the facility in Mesa, AZ. Requires high school diploma/equivalent and CPR/de-escalation training; six months+ experience with the population preferred; on-site work with no remote option. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- CPR certification and de-escalation training required
- Experience with psychiatric populations preferred (six months+)
