Job Summary
As a PRN Automation Pharmacy Technician 4, you will operate Omnicell automation systems, manage inventory, conduct maintenance on equipment, and deliver exceptional customer service to pharmacy teams. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid Pennsylvania pharmacy technician license, and national certification. Familiarity with IV Compounding is essential. The role is part-time, on-call, supporting pharmacy operations in a hospital environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Active Pennsylvania (PA) State Board of Pharmacy Technician License/Registration (if required by state)
- An Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA CPhT or ExCPT)
- Familiarity / Knowledge of IV Compounding
Desired Qualifications
- Accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program completion
- 2+ years of hospital IV Compounding experience
- Basic troubleshooting skills with automation devices
