Job Summary
PRN Athletic Trainer to provide on-site first aid, injury prevention education, and safety coaching for employees; respond to on-site emergencies, deliver individualized or group injury prevention education, and support case management; inspect safety equipment (AEDs, safety showers, spill kits); document interventions and communicate findings with medical professionals; requires CPR and First Aid certification; preferred CPR/AED Instructor Certification and 1+ years of coaching experience in fitness, wellness, or occupational health; experience with EMR/SOAP documentation and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Motivational Interviewing; ability to take manual blood pressure readings; PRN schedule with flexibility; Dekalb, IL on-site contract with background check and drug screen.
