PRN (As Needed) Experienced CNA

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and mobility transfers. Monitor residents for signs of discomfort or distress and respond promptly to emergencies while maintaining accurate records of care, vital signs, and daily activities. Administer medications as prescribed if holding the Certified Medication Aid Certificate. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and recreational activities to support their emotional well-being, collaborate with the caregiving team and families, and assist with light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe environment. This role requires a high school diploma, satisfactory background check, and ability to maintain acceptable work attendance.
