Job Summary
Provide peer-based support to adults experiencing behavioral health crises using lived experience to promote hope, recovery, and self-advocacy. Encourage development of coping skills and crisis stabilization while working collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary crisis team. Maintain documentation and contribute to a therapeutic environment for individuals stabilizing and beginning their recovery journey. Schedule includes daytime, evening, weekend, day, swing, and overnight shifts with consistent hours and stable scheduling. Compensation ranges from $18–$19/hour with overnight pay differentials and a stipend for every three shifts covered within a 60-day period.
Required Qualifications
- Idaho Peer Support Specialist Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass all background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW
