PRN Activity Coordinator

Conduct activity assessments through patient observation and interviews to gather needs, skills, interests, and limitations for treatment plan development. Plan, organize, direct, and implement activity sessions including therapeutic leisure skills, education, and awareness to improve patient mental and physical well-being. Instruct patients in sports, dance, music, art, and relaxation techniques while modifying interventions to suit specific group needs. Supervise activity staff and resolve patient complaints with a focus on safety and social skill development. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation, two years of healthcare recreation experience, and CPR/de-escalation certification.
