Job Summary
Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain Delinea PAM solutions (Secret Server, Privilege Manager, Remote Access Service) across the enterprise; integrate PAM with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, SIEM, and ITSM platforms; automate account onboarding and configure APIs/connectors for PAM administration; conduct discovery, onboarding, and migration of privileged accounts from legacy systems; oversee policy enforcement, privileged account governance, and ongoing audits; monitor access activities, respond to security incidents, and provide L2/L3 support; develop HLD/LLD documentation, SOPs, and provide training/digital knowledge transfer; collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and operations teams to align PAM controls with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance efforts; on-call duties and ongoing support are included.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years of IT/Cybersecurity experience
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Delinea PAM solutions
- Experience implementing PAM solutions in large enterprise environments
- Experience with Active Directory, MFA, and Identity integrations
- Experience onboarding privileged accounts across Windows, Linux, databases, network devices, and applications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field
