Privileged Access Management Developer (HashiVault Focus) - RDT Identity & Access Management

Job Summary
Develop secret management features, integrations, and automation with a primary focus on HashiCorp Vault using Python, PowerShell, Ansible, and YAML. Build self-service portals and APIs to facilitate effortless secret usage while enhancing Infrastructure-as-Code toolchains with Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, and Terraform across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Serve as a Tier 3 technical contact leading troubleshooting for complex security tools, providing 24x7 support for major and critical issues with flexibility regarding working hours. Collaborate with a global team to improve capabilities for business users and security staff across Vault, CyberArk, and Red Hat IDM by eliciting requirements and delivering tailored communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent industry-accredited certifications
- 1–3 years of experience in an IT operations or security role
- Strong understanding of PAM concepts
- hands-on experience in HashiCorp Vault
- Proficiency with REST APIs
- infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform)
- scripting (Python, PowerShell)
- Docker
- DevOps practices
- IaC toolchain support
- general knowledge of Cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong spoken and written English
- Provide 24x7 support for major and critical issues

Desired Qualifications
- experience supporting CyberArk and/or Red Hat IDM (including Unix Access Management and LDAP)
- Familiarity with network security concepts, including SSL/TLS protocols, cryptography, key exchanges, cipher suites, and trust validation
- Strong grasp of secure development practices
