Job Summary
Deliver outstanding woodwind lessons to students of all ages and abilities, guiding them through curriculum while building confidence and encouraging community involvement through performances. Collaborate with fellow teachers and managers to elevate capabilities and dedicate yourself to mastering the Musicologie Method, which prioritizes a safe, playful learning environment. Required Qualifications
- An excellent musician
- Excited to help students of all ages and abilities become passionate, proficient musicians
- An expert communicator in person and by email
- Extremely organized
- Self-motivated
- Curious and inspired to learn new things
- Able to work evening hours
- A bachelor's degree in your primary instrument, or equivalent professional experience
- Teaching experience on your instrument(s)
- Experience teaching two or more of the following instruments: flute, clarinet, and saxophone
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates who teach all three are strongly preferred
- Beginning piano teaching experience is a plus
