Job Summary
Own and enhance all aspects of the Client and Advisor journeys across the Private Wealth business, from account opening through maintenance and reporting. Create journey maps, process flows, SOPs, and playbooks to inform the next-generation wealth platform vision. Analyze the current operating model to identify friction points, implement best-in-class processes, and fully digitize the client account opening experience. Partner with senior stakeholders to recommend changes focused on efficiency, establish SLAs and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement based on feedback mechanisms. Lead technology enablement efforts including roadmap execution, business requirements creation, user testing, and post-launch adoption for mobile apps and web portals. Manage and mentor junior associates while influencing seniors across a complex organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking
- Applicants must be authorized and have the right to work in the country where the role is located without the need for current or future sponsorship
- Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to operate independently and make decisions
- Ability to build relationships and partner across a complex organization
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple simultaneous projects

Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree or certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar are a plus
- Direct experience with client service, product ownership, or business analysis a plus
- Deep understanding of Private Wealth business models, digital client engagement, and advisor workflows
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, workflow analysis, and operational efficiency tools
- Proficiency in automation technologies and familiarity with digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in change management principles and techniques
- Candidate will manage and mentor junior Associate(s) reporting into them
