Job Summary

Private Wealth Management Relationship Specialist supports coordinated delivery of bank products and services (trust, insurance, deposits, credit, mortgage, investment) to affluent clients, ensuring high-level client service and collaboration with Private Wealth Management and Sales teams. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, following up with clients, preparing client marketing materials, processing standard transactional needs (deposits, payments, transfers, bill payments, wire transfers), maintaining client records in CRM, assisting with loan closing documents, responding to inquiries, and monitoring first-line defense risk activities. Requires time-tracking and NMLS registration; expected to leverage CRM tools and Microsoft Office to support client correspondence and relationship building.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of Private Wealth administration, Trust Support administration, or related experience
  • Or High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of Private Wealth administration, Trust Support administration or related experience
  • Thorough understanding of the Banking and Investment Services industries
  • Solid understanding of Wealth Management processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • CRM software proficiency
