Job Summary
The Private Wealth Director leads and cultivates client relationships for Wealth Advisory and Private Client Advisory segments, serving as a trusted, strategic advisor across all aspects of Wealth Management for clients. Responsibilities include driving organic growth and client retention, managing long-term relationships, developing tailored Wealth Management strategies, and orchestrating specialists for comprehensive financial services. The role requires exceptional communication skills, relational management capabilities, and the ability to synthesize complex information.
Required Qualifications
- 10 - 15 years industry experience
- significant experience in relationship management and portfolio management
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Business Administration, Finance, Economics)
- Series 7 and 63 required
- Broad understanding of Wealth Management principles including investment, tax planning, estate planning, and family governance
- Proven ability to work across multiple disciplines and synthesize complex information
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong relationship management capabilities and high emotional intelligence
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills with ability to influence and negotiate
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred
- CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM certificate preferred
