Job Summary
Provide client service support to potentially multiple Financial Advisors (FAs) within Merrill Wealth Management, serving as the primary contact to address service needs, assist with day-to-day operations, data analysis, report generation, and reconciliation tasks, educate clients on bank service offerings, ensure timely and accurate client materials, and support adherence to bank policies and risk controls while fostering strong client relationships and a client-first mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on results
- Client-centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Experience working with clients, delivering solutions, and providing excellent client experience
- Detail oriented
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
