Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of client relationships by conducting regular meetings to review goals, financial information, and investments. Assess client risk tolerance and return goals to construct and rebalance investment portfolios based on changing circumstances or market conditions. Provide financial planning advice through introductions to in-house insurance experts and other resources. Prospect and develop new wealth business by fostering relationships with internal referrals, Private Bankers, and external centers of influence. Maintain subject matter expertise by researching economic conditions and industry trends to consult clients appropriately throughout the business cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field
- 3 years of retail or institutional wealth/investment experience
- Must possess strong relationship building skills including verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of investment markets, products and services and the ability to implement investment strategies to meet client needs and goals
- Must possess excellent sales and closing skills
- Series 6 or 7 licenses to sell brokerage products
- State Life and Health Insurance Licenses
- Ability to build and develop a robust sales pipeline
Desired Qualifications
- CFP, MBA or Professional designation(s) preferred
