Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of client relationships through regular meetings to review goals, financial information, and investments. Assess risk tolerance and return goals to construct, rebalance, and modify investment portfolios based on changing circumstances or market conditions. Provide financial planning advice by completing basic plans and introducing clients to in-house insurance experts and other financial resources. Prospect and develop new wealth business through internal referrals, fostering relationships with business partners in Consumer and Commercial to expand wallet share. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of economic and financial conditions by consistently researching subject matter expertise and current market trends to consult clients appropriately throughout the business cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field
- 3 years of retail or institutional wealth/investment experience
- Must possess strong relationship building skills including verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of investment markets, products and services and the ability to implement investment strategies to meet client needs and goals
- Must possess excellent sales and closing skills
- Series 6 or 7 licenses to sell brokerage products
- State Life and Health Insurance Licenses
Desired Qualifications
- CFP, MBA or Professional designation(s) preferred
