Job Summary
Co-op/internship role providing administrative and clerical support to wealth-management teams at BMO. Responsibilities include calendar management, scheduling and coordinating meetings, arranging travel, processing invoices and expense claims, maintaining filing systems, drafting and distributing communications, coordinating department events, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting executive and senior managers with office services and operations. Skills called for include strong organizational abilities, verbal and written communication, collaboration, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within guidelines. The program targets students currently enrolled in an academic program and returning to studies; fall 2026 start in London, Ontario (Canada).
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of experience in an administrative/professional support function
- Post-secondary degree in related field desirable
