Job Summary
Conduct full-service beauty treatments for ultra-high-net-worth clients in Doha, including facials, hair styling, manicures, pedicures, makeup application, and waxing. Manage product inventory, maintain strict sterilization and sanitation protocols, and implement standard operational procedures as needed. Deliver personalized beauty regimens tailored to client preferences while adhering to cultural and regional trends. Maintain absolute confidentiality and act as a trusted, discreet beauty advisor for the Principal and their guests. This live-in position requires immediate availability and offers a basic salary of 3000 QR/monthly with housing, transport, and meals provided.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with UHNW and VVIP Principals
- Experience reporting to high-powered Principals & Family Offices if need be
- Outstanding experience, at least 3 years with VIP, VVIP, HNW or UHNW clients in Qatar or in the other GCC countries
- Experience working in 5-star or 7-star hospitality
- Experience working in luxury spas
- Maximizing guest experience
- Maintaining ultimate levels of sanitation, sterilisation and cleanliness at all times
- Tracking products and managing stocks
- Hands-on experience with applying hair products, serums, creams, clay to style the hair
- Facials & advice on skincare, etc
- Advising role in terms of hairstyle, cutting, hair treatment, dyeing
- Shaving and trimming
- Hands-on experience with removing facial and body hair (waxing, sugaring methods)
- Manicures and pedicures as per the client's preferences
- Nail colours matching the client's style
- Hands-on professional make-up techniques on par with the regional taste
- Writing and implementing all SOP Manuals (Standard Operational Procedures), if need be
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in this role offering professional services to VIPs/VVIPs
- Experience executing and delivering top-of-the-crust service to VIP & UHNW stakeholders
- Professional experience with make-up and hair removal techniques
- Familiarity with skincare therapies (moisturising, exfoliation & peeling)
- Knowledge of beauty products and trends
- Tailor-made services to each stakeholder
- Knowledgeable, courteous, diplomatic skills
