Private Trust Client Service Associate - Indigenous Trust Services (ITS)

Manage trust accounts for Indigenous clients by supporting relationship managers with administrative, analytical, and service delivery tasks. Maintain client profiles, documents, and contact routines while responding promptly to incoming calls and requests. Serve as a secondary contact for clients and ensure accurate, organized service to external parties and internal colleagues. Continuously improve professional knowledge on trends, tools, and techniques within a complex environment. Collaborate autonomously with cross-functional teams to assist others in completing work activities.
