Job Summary
Private Swim Instructor needed to conduct 1-on-1 and small group swim lessons in clients' homes or community pools. Schedule lessons with flexibility, travel locally to client locations, and create customized lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability. Assess progress, ensure safety at all times, and provide a fun, engaging learning experience. Agents are paid quickly (within 24 hours) and InstaSwim includes general liability insurance and background check coverage. Begin within 24-48 hours post-interview depending on onboarding. Compensation ranges from $40-$70 per hour lesson with US-based work authorization required. Requires CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain) and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Professional and positive attitude with children and adults
- Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans
- Clear a background check
