Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities while ensuring safety at client homes and community pools. Schedule flexible lessons, travel to locations, and create custom lesson plans that monitor progress and adapt to client needs. Provide a tracked, fun learning experience for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Requires at least two years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and US work authorization. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
