Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons, creating custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability. Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel safely to client pool locations within your preferred radius. Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet individual and client needs while ensuring safety at all times. Provide a fun, tracked learning experience for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Requires 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
