Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities, while assessing progress and adapting plans to meet client needs. Schedule flexible lesson times and travel safely to client locations in your preferred radius. Ensure student safety at all times and deliver a tracked, fun learning experience across various skill levels. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. You must have at least two years of swim instruction experience, hold CPR and First Aid certifications, and possess reliable transportation. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours of onboarding as part of InstaSwim's national network of dedicated instructors.
