Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities while ensuring safety at client homes and community pools. Schedule flexible lessons, travel to locations, and create custom lesson plans that monitor progress and adapt to client needs. Assess skills, deliver tracked learning experiences, and maintain a professional attitude with students of all ages. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Requires two years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and US work authorization. Begin teaching within 48 hours of onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
