Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to each student's ability, while assessing skills, monitoring progress, and adapting plans to meet individual needs. Schedule lessons with flexibility, travel safely to client pool locations, and ensure student safety at all times. Provide a fun, tracked learning experience for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Requires at least two years of swim instruction experience, CPR and First Aid certification, and a clear background check. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
