Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities and learning styles. Schedule lessons with flexibility, travel safely to client pool locations, and assess student skills while monitoring progress. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults
- Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans
- Clear a background check
