Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities, while assessing progress and adapting plans to meet specific needs. Schedule flexible lessons with clients at their homes or community pools, ensuring student safety at all times and traveling safely to each location. Deliver a fun, tracked learning experience for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview with an option to set your own schedule and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
