Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons at client homes and community pools, creating custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability. Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt instruction to meet individual needs while ensuring safety at all times. Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel safely to various locations within your chosen radius. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours after each session. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
