Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to each student's ability, while assessing skills, monitoring progress, and adapting plans to meet client needs. Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel safely to client pool locations within your chosen radius. Ensure student safety at all times and deliver a fun, tracked learning experience. Earn $40–$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Begin teaching within 24–48 hours post-interview. We provide general liability insurance, cover background check costs, and supply equipment if required. Join a national network serving major US cities to inspire swimmers of all ages.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
