Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities while ensuring safety and tracking progress. Schedule flexible lessons, travel to client locations, and create custom lesson plans based on assessed skills. Assess student progress, adapt instruction to meet specific needs, and provide a fun, full learning experience for swimmers of all ages. Work within your local area with the ability to choose clients and set your own schedule, earning $40-$70 per hour. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
