Job Summary
Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons tailored to each student's ability and learning style. Schedule lessons with flexibility, travel safely to client pool locations, and assess student skills while monitoring progress. Create custom lesson plans, ensure student safety at all times, and provide a tracked learning experience. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Requires at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and US work authorization. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
