Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities and learning styles. Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet specific needs while ensuring safety at all times. Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel safely to client locations in your preferred radius. Create custom lesson plans and deliver a fun, tracked learning experience for students of all ages. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
