Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities and learning styles. Schedule lessons with flexibility, travel safely to client pool locations, and assess student skills while monitoring progress. Create custom lesson plans, ensure student safety at all times, and provide a tracked learning experience. Work within your local area using reliable transportation, with the ability to set your own schedule and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
