Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities and learning styles. Schedule flexible lessons, travel safely to client pool locations, and assess student progress while ensuring safety at all times. Create custom lesson plans and deliver a fun, tracked learning experience for students of all ages. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Requires at least two years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and US work authorization. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
