Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to each student's ability, while assessing skills, monitoring progress, and adapting plans to meet client needs. Schedule lessons with flexibility, travel safely to client pool locations, and ensure student safety at all times. Provide a fun, tracked learning experience for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. You must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR and First Aid certifications, and clear a background check. InstaSwim covers insurance and background check costs, allowing you to begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview.
Required Qualifications
