Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities, assessing skills and adapting plans to ensure safe, tracked progress. Schedule flexible sessions with clients at their homes or community pools, traveling locally to each location. Deliver a fun, full learning experience while maintaining strict safety standards for students of all ages. Begin teaching within 48 hours of onboarding after clearing a background check. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
