Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities and learning styles. Schedule flexible sessions with clients at their homes or community pools within your chosen travel radius. Travel safely to lesson locations and assess student progress while ensuring safety at all times. Create custom lesson plans and adapt instruction to meet specific client needs. Provide a fun, tracked learning experience for swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
