Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities while ensuring safety at client homes and community pools. Schedule flexible lessons, travel to locations within your chosen radius, and create custom lesson plans that adapt to each student's progress. Assess skills, monitor development, and deliver a fun, tracked learning experience for clients of all ages. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours of onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
