Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to each student's ability and learning style. Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel safely to client pool locations. Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet individual needs while ensuring safety at all times. Create custom lesson plans and provide a fun, tracked learning experience for swimmers of all ages. Work remotely from your home or community pools within your chosen travel radius. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours of onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults
- Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans
- Clear a background check
