Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to each student's ability, assessing skills and adapting plans to meet individual needs. Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel safely to client pools in your local area. Ensure student safety at all times while delivering a fun, tracked learning experience. Create custom lesson plans and monitor progress for clients of all ages and skill levels. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview with weekly payments processed within 24 hours.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
