Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities while ensuring safety at client homes and community pools. Schedule flexible lessons, travel to designated locations, and create custom lesson plans that assess progress and adapt to client needs. Provide a tracked, fun learning experience for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview with background check coverage and liability insurance included.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
