Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to each student's ability, assessing skills and adapting plans to meet individual needs. Schedule lessons with flexibility, travel safely to client locations, and ensure student safety at all times. Create custom lesson plans that provide a fun, tracked learning experience for swimmers of all ages. Work within your local area with the ability to set your own schedule and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
