Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons at client homes and community pools, creating custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability. Schedule lessons with flexibility, travel safely to locations, and assess student skills while monitoring progress and adapting instruction to meet needs. Ensure the safety of students at all times and provide a fun, tracked learning experience for individuals of all ages. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Requires at least two years of swim instruction experience, CPR and First Aid certification, and US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
