Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to each student's ability, assessing skills and adapting plans to ensure safety and progress. Schedule flexible sessions with clients in private homes or community pools, then travel safely to locations while maintaining a professional attitude. Create custom lesson plans and provide a tracked, fun learning experience for individuals of all ages. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview with quick 24-hour payments and full liability coverage.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
