Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities while ensuring safety at client homes and community pools. Create custom lesson plans, assess progress, and adapt instruction to meet specific learning needs. Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel locally to assigned locations. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. You must have at least two years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR and First Aid certifications, and pass a background check. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours of onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
