Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities and learning styles. Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lesson plans to meet specific needs while ensuring safety at all times. Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel safely to client locations in private homes or community pools. Create custom lesson plans and provide a fun, tracked learning experience for swimmers of all ages.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
