Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities, while assessing progress and adapting plans to meet specific needs. Schedule flexible lessons with clients at their homes or community pools, then travel safely to each location. Ensure student safety at all times and deliver a tracked, fun learning experience across various skill levels. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Requires at least two years of swim instruction experience, CPR and First Aid certification, and US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
