Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities, assessing skills and adapting plans to ensure safe, tracked progress. Schedule flexible lessons with clients at their homes or community pools within your chosen travel radius, traveling safely to each location. Create custom lesson plans and provide a fun, full learning experience for swimmers of all ages while maintaining strict safety protocols at all times. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours via PayPal. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview after clearing a background check.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
