Job Summary
Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons tailored to each student's ability and learning style. Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel safely to client pool locations. Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs while ensuring safety at all times. Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for individuals of all ages and skill levels. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Requirements include at least two years of swim instruction experience, CPR and First Aid certifications, and a clear background check. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
