Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities and learning styles. Schedule flexible sessions with clients at their homes or community pools, then travel safely to each location. Assess student skills and progress, adapting daily plans to meet specific needs while ensuring safety at all times. Provide a tracked, fun learning experience for swimmers of all ages. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Requires 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
