Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to each student's ability and learning style. Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet individual and client needs while ensuring safety at all times. Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel safely to client pool locations within your preferred radius. Create custom lesson plans and provide a tracked, fun learning experience for swimmers of all ages. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
- A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults
- Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans
